You are bidding on a vintage Italian electric Xmas lighted star tree topper. The star is made of hard plastic and wrapped in wire and tinsel with color Italian style lights inside. There is a wire coil for placing on a tree top. Marked "Made in Italy" on the plug. Works without a problem when tested as you can see in the pictures. Star is approximately 6" high and 7" wide.
